Badminton was a favourite game growing up. We'd hit the shuttlecock across the gate of our house which served as our net, or simply played on the road and ran to side each time a car needed to drive through. The smash, the drop shot, the backhand... we weren't elegant but we did our best to keep that little feathered cork in flight!
